Orzo And Smoked Turkey Salad

Ingredients
  Orzo 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Smoked turkey breast 6 Ounce, cut into 1/4 cubes
  Thinly sliced green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely shredded red cabbage 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped loosely packed fresh cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Nonfat mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook the orzo according to the package directions, but without adding the salt.
Drain, then rinse with cold water and drain again.
In a large bowl, combine the orzo, turkey, onions, cabbage and cilantro.
In a small bowl, stir together the lemon juice, mayonnaise and oil.
Add to the orzo mixture and toss until well coated.
