Penne And Ham Primavera
|Uncooked penne/Mostaccioli pasta||6 Ounce (2 Cups)|
|Sliced zucchini||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced yellow summer squash||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cubed fully cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Reduced fat italian dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh basil leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Coarsely ground pepper||To Taste|
1. Cook pasta as directed on package, adding zucchini and yellow squash during last 3 to 4 minutes of cooking; drain.
2. Return pasta mixture to saucepan; add ham and dressing. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot. Sprinkle with basil, cheese and pepper.
