Super Speedy Chicken On Angel Hair Pasta
|Angel hair pasta||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||12 Ounce (3 Pieces)|
|Baby carrots||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Broccoli florets||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Instant chicken bouillon granules||1 Teaspoon|
|Pasta sauce||28 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), grated|
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.
Cut carrots in half lengthwise.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes.
Stir in carrots, broccoli, water and chicken bouillon.
Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Bring pasta sauce to a boil in medium saucepan over high heat.
Place pasta on plates; top with hot pasta sauce and chicken mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese.
