Penne Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
  Penne 1 Pound, cooked (500 Gram)
  Yellow pepper 1 , julienned
  Zucchini 1⁄2 , in julienne and blanched
  Cooked ham slice 4 , in julienne
  Tomato 1 Large, cored and in wedges
  Pitted black olives 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Chopped fresh oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Mint leaves 3 , chopped
  Egg yolk 1
  Catsup 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Wine vinegar 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Olive oil 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Grated parmesan cheese 125 Milliliter (0. 5 Cup)
  Chopped jalapeno peppers 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In large serving bowl, toss together penne, yellow pepper, zucchini, ham, tomato, olives, parsley, oregano and mint.
In another bowl mix egg yolk with catsup.
Incorporate vinegar then slowly add oil while mixing constantly.
Add remaining ingredients and poor over salad.
