Today we are going to make Penne with beef strips. Its an easy to make recipe and accompanies beef and pasta and tomato sauce.
3 Cup (48 tbs) (Uncooked)
Beef/Inside round steak
1 Pound, cut into strips (Stir Fry)
3 Clove (15 gm), minced
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
1 , cut into strips
4 Medium, chopped
Grated parmesan cheese
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cook pasta in boiling water for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small skillet over medium heat, add canola oil and beef. Cook for 1 €“ 2 minutes. Add garlic, onion, green pepper, basil and oregano to skillet. Cook 2 minutes longer, until beef is no longer pink. Add tomatoes and ground pepper, and cook 1 €“ 2 minutes more, until hot.
Drain pasta and toss with beef mixture. Garnish with parmesan cheese.
