Linguine With Chicken Mushrooms And Sun Dried Tomatoes
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Crushed garlic||2 Teaspoon|
|Chicken breast||12 Ounce, cut in small pieces|
|White wine||4 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green onions/Scallions||2 Tablespoon|
|Sun dried tomatoes||1 Ounce, chopped|
|Mushrooms||8 Large, chopped (Preferably Wild Such As Oyster / Shiitake)|
|Chicken stock||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Heat in large saucepan for 1 minute.
Coat in flour and add to hot oil.
Saute just until slightly undercooked.
Add and simmer approx 5 minutes.
