Linguine With Chicken Mushrooms And Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Linguine 3⁄4 Pound
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Crushed garlic 2 Teaspoon
  Chicken breast 12 Ounce, cut in small pieces
  White wine 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onions/Scallions 2 Tablespoon
  Sun dried tomatoes 1 Ounce, chopped
  Mushrooms 8 Large, chopped (Preferably Wild Such As Oyster / Shiitake)
  Chicken stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Heat in large saucepan for 1 minute.
Coat in flour and add to hot oil.
Saute just until slightly undercooked.
Add and simmer approx 5 minutes.
Add pasta, toss, and serve.
