8 Large, chopped (Preferably Wild Such As Oyster / Shiitake)
2 Cup (32 tbs)
Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Heat in large saucepan for 1 minute.
Coat in flour and add to hot oil.
Saute just until slightly undercooked.
Add and simmer approx 5 minutes.
Add pasta, toss, and serve.
