Pasta Primavera With Kelp Noodles

Today, we have an AWESOME Italian raw food recipe for Pasta Primavera using kelp noodles. Kelp noodles are fun to add to your raw kitchen ’cause they give you that pasta feel without the calorie explosion. LOL!
  Kelp noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Rinsed And Soaked For 20 Mins In 1.75 Cups Of Water And 0.25 Cup Lemon Juice ,This Helps The Kelp Noodles Break Down A Bit To Be More Manageable)
  Olive oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dried oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Zucchini 1⁄2 , sliced and quartered
  Mushrooms 5 Large, sliced
  Bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped coarsely (Red / Orange)
  Roma tomatoes 2 Medium, chopped
  Basil leaves 20 , torn into pieces (Use Fresh)
  Salt 2 Dash
  Brazil nuts 5 Tablespoon
  Nutritional yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Sea salt To Taste

Marinate the veggies in oil and garlic for 1 hour, if you like you may place them in the dehydrator at 115 degrees for one hour to soften up and help bring out the flavors. Combine all together in large serving bowl. When ready to serve, sprinkle vegan parmesan on top.
