Italian Pasta Al Sugo Con Salsiccia

A very simple ITALIAN dish... The basic way to cook pasta with tomato sauce and just add salciccia or sausage...
Ingredients
  Pasta 200 Gram
  Tomato sauce 1 Liter
  Chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Tablespoon
  Salsiccia 400 Gram
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Put olive oil in the heated saucepan and saute the mixed vegetables for some time. Set the vegetables aside and cut the sausage in small pieces. Add the tomato sauce on the vegetable and then put the sausage slices. Put on the heat and cook for 1hr. Adjust the seasoning. In the mean time, cook the pasta in boiling water. Mix this into the sauce. Cook for couple of minutes. Season with ground black pepper.
