Pasta Carbonara With Pancetta

The revised way of cooking CARBONARA Italian style but with onions.
Ingredients
  Pasta 200 Gram
  Pancetta 100 Gram
  Egg 2 (Scrambled)
  Chopped onions 50 Gram
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 50 Gram
  Black pepper powder To Taste
Directions

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, by adding 1tbsp salt to water.

Put the olive oil in the pan and heat it up. Saute the onions to make little brown. Add the pancetta and cook for some time. Add the cooked and drained pasta to the skillet and mix well.

Mix the parmesan cheese into the scrumbled egg. Blend well to make a thick cream. Pour this cream over the pasta and cook for some more time.
