Fettuccine With Smoked Salmon And Fresh Dill

Ingredients
  Fettuccine 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped shallots/White bulb of green onion 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped dill/1 1/2 tablespoon dry dill 2 Tablespoon
  Smoked salmon 4 Ounce, finely sliced julienned
  Dry vermouth 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Heavy cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Pepper white To Taste
  Dill sprigs 3 (For Garnishing)
  Salmon caviar 3 (For Garnishing)
Directions

Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Heat in large pan.
Cook onions until soft.
Add and cook on a high heat for 1 minute.
Add and cook on high for approx 2 minutes or until cream thickens slightly.
Add noodles and toss mixture in pan until well-mixed.
Garnish with dill sprigs and 1 tsp salmon caviar if desired.
