Fettuccine With Smoked Salmon And Fresh Dill
|Chopped shallots/White bulb of green onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped dill/1 1/2 tablespoon dry dill||2 Tablespoon|
|Smoked salmon||4 Ounce, finely sliced julienned|
|Dry vermouth||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Pepper white||To Taste|
|Dill sprigs||3 (For Garnishing)|
|Salmon caviar||3 (For Garnishing)|
Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Heat in large pan.
Cook onions until soft.
Add and cook on a high heat for 1 minute.
Add and cook on high for approx 2 minutes or until cream thickens slightly.
Add noodles and toss mixture in pan until well-mixed.
Garnish with dill sprigs and 1 tsp salmon caviar if desired.
