Fettuccine With Shellfish And Mushrooms
|Seafood||1 1⁄2 Pound (Any Combination Of Shrimp, Scallops, Or Lobster)|
|Crushed garlic||1 Tablespoon|
|White wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Clam juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mushrooms||10 Small, sliced|
|Tomato||1⁄2 , diced|
|Soft butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into pieces|
|Parmesan cheeses||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Heat in large saucepan.
Add to oil and saute for 1 minute.
Add to above, and over a low heat, simmer until seafood is just barely cooked, approx. 3-5 minutes, being careful not to overcook.
Add and simmer for 1 minute.
Add slowly until all is incorporated.
Add pasta and toss.
