Fettuccine With Shellfish And Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Seafood 1 1⁄2 Pound (Any Combination Of Shrimp, Scallops, Or Lobster)
  Crushed garlic 1 Tablespoon
  White wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Clam juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mushrooms 10 Small, sliced
  Tomato 1⁄2 , diced
  Soft butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into pieces
  Parmesan cheeses 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Heat in large saucepan.
Add to oil and saute for 1 minute.
Add to above, and over a low heat, simmer until seafood is just barely cooked, approx. 3-5 minutes, being careful not to overcook.
Add and simmer for 1 minute.
Add slowly until all is incorporated.
Add pasta and toss.
