Fettuccine With Sweet Peppers And Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Fettuccine 1⁄2 Pound
  Roasted red pepper 1 Medium, sliced
  Sun-dried tomatoes 15 , cut in half
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Sliced black olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Black pepper 1 Pinch
  Chicken stock 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Prepared tomato sauce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Place all ingredients in large, hot skillet and cook for 1 minute.
Add slowly to above, stirring often on a moderate heat for approx 3 minutes.
Add and cook until thickened, approx.5 minutes.
Add pasta, toss, and serve.
