Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Wash spinach and remove stems.
In large saucepan, cook spinach in water until wilted, approx.4 minutes.
Drain spinach, squeeze out moisture, and finely chop.
Add to spinach.
Heat in large skillet.
Add and saute" until light brown.
Reduce heat to low, add spinach mixture, and cook 3 minutes.
Add pasta and season.
