Raw Zucchini Pasta In Zesty Mexican Sauce

Here's a tasty, tantalizing, and totally time-saving dish/meal you can make any day, anytime, and just about anywhere! Delicious and bursting with nutrients!
Ingredients
  Zucchini 4
  Tomatoes 4
  Cilantro 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm), chopped, unless used to blend it with the tomatoes
  Lime 1 , peeled
  Tomato 1 , chopped
  Avocado 1⁄4 , chopped
Directions

"Spiralize," use a vegetable peeler, or slice your zucchini into thin matchsticks (you'll want the zucchini to resemble noodles), then pop it into a medium-sized bowl. Next, blend the 4 tomatoes and lime, and cilantro if you want (otherwise, chop cilantro and set aside). Pour the blended sauce over the top of the zucchini pasta (sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the top too if you decided to against blending it with the tomato-lime mix) and toss gently. Top with chopped tomato and avocado. This will make enough for 1-2 people.
