Fettuccine With Cheese Tomatoes And Italian Sausage
|Skinned and diced medium spiced italian sausage||6 Ounce|
|Garlic||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
|White wine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Diced tomatoes||12 Ounce (Preferably Italian Plum)|
|Chopped fresh basil leaves/1/2 tablespoon dry basil||10|
|Grated romano cheese/Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely diced mozzarella||4 Ounce|
Cook in boiling water until firm to the bite (al dente).
Drain and set aside.
Cook until done in a fry pan.
Heat in large saucepan and cook garlic until lightly browned.
Add ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add along with cooked sausage to tomato mixture.
Toss with fettuccine until well-mixed.
Pour into serving bowl.
Add to fettuccine, toss lightly, and serve.
