Angel Hair Pasta With Tomato And Seafood

Ingredients
  Angel hair pasta/Spaghetti 3⁄4 Pound
  Basil leaves 10 (2 Teaspoons Dry)
  Rosemary/1 teaspoon dry rosemary 3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm), chopped (Small Bunch)
  Sage/1 teaspoon dry sage 3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm), chopped (Small Bunch)
  Oregano/1 teaspoon dry oregano 3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm), chopped (Small Bunch)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), crushed
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound (Preferably Italian Plum)
  Mixed cooked seafood 1 Pound (Shrimp, Scallops, Mussels, Clams, Etc.)
Directions

Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain.
Combine in covered saucepan and cook for 10 minutes on a low heat.
Strain and save liquid.Add to above liquid and simmer approx 20-25 minutes, until the consistency of tomato sauce.
Cut into small pieces.
Add to above sauce and mix.
Add pasta, toss, and serve.
