Angel Hair Pasta With Tomato And Seafood
|Angel hair pasta/Spaghetti||3⁄4 Pound|
|Basil leaves||10 (2 Teaspoons Dry)|
|Rosemary/1 teaspoon dry rosemary||3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm), chopped (Small Bunch)|
|Sage/1 teaspoon dry sage||3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm), chopped (Small Bunch)|
|Oregano/1 teaspoon dry oregano||3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm), chopped (Small Bunch)|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), crushed|
|White wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced tomatoes||1 1⁄2 Pound (Preferably Italian Plum)|
|Mixed cooked seafood||1 Pound (Shrimp, Scallops, Mussels, Clams, Etc.)|
Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Combine in covered saucepan and cook for 10 minutes on a low heat.
Strain and save liquid.Add to above liquid and simmer approx 20-25 minutes, until the consistency of tomato sauce.
Cut into small pieces.
Add to above sauce and mix.
Add pasta, toss, and serve.
