Pasta With Sun Dried Tomatoes
|Pasta||1 Pound (Fedilini/Spaghetti)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Crushed garlic||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped tomatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sun-dried tomatoes||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Chopped basil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Tablespoon)|
|Pine nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chicken stock||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Heat in skillet.
Add and saute until light brown.
Add and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add to above and cook for another 3 minutes.
Add pasta, toss, and serve.
