Linguine With Shrimp And Basil Sauce
|Olive oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Crushed garlic||2 Teaspoon|
|Pepper red||1 Pinch|
|Basil leaves/1 teaspoon dry||10 , chopped|
|Medium shrimp||12 Ounce, peeled and deveined|
|Tomatoes||12 Ounce, chopped (Preferably Italian Ones)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Heat in large skillet.
Add and saute for 1 minute.
Add and saute just until shrimp are pink, approx 3 minutes.
Add pasta, toss, and serve with Parmesan cheese.
