Herbed Spinach Pasta
|All bran cereal||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Kellogg's Brand)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
|Black pepper||1 Dash|
|Dried basil||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Oregano leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Parsley||1 Teaspoon, snipped|
|Spinach pasta ribbons||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
Crush cereal into crumbs.
Stir in the cheese, pepper, basil, oregano and parsley.
Cook pasta ribbons according to package directions just until tender.
Gently toss hot pasta with margarine.
Add cereal mixture, tossing until well combined.
