Shrimp Pasta Medley
|Spread||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Medium shrimp||12 Ounce, cleaned|
|Half and half||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pea pods||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in half|
|Red bell pepper||1 , cut into strips|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Red pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Linguine||8 Ounce (Cooked, Drained)|
|Parmesan cheese||4 Ounce, shredded, divided|
Melt spread in large skillet on medium heat.
Add garlic; cook and stir until lightly browned.
Stir in shrimp, half-and-half, pea pods, bell pepper, wine and crushed red pepper.
Simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
Pour sauce mixture over hot linguine.
Sprinkle with 3/4 cup of the cheese; toss to coat
