Shrimp Pasta Medley

Ingredients
  Spread 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Medium shrimp 12 Ounce, cleaned
  Half and half 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pea pods 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in half
  Red bell pepper 1 , cut into strips
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Linguine 8 Ounce (Cooked, Drained)
  Parmesan cheese 4 Ounce, shredded, divided
Directions

Melt spread in large skillet on medium heat.
Add garlic; cook and stir until lightly browned.
Stir in shrimp, half-and-half, pea pods, bell pepper, wine and crushed red pepper.
Simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
Pour sauce mixture over hot linguine.
Sprinkle with 3/4 cup of the cheese; toss to coat
