Fettuccine With Seafood
|Onion||1⁄2 Large, thinly sliced|
|Leek||1 , thinly sliced (White Part)|
|Chicken stock||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|White wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Low fat milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Hot)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cooke seafood||8 Ounce (Shrimp, Crab, Scallops / Lobster)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Cook, covered, in large saucepan until onion and leeks are tender.
Add and simmer, uncovered, for approx 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat.
Add to above and mix well.
Add pasta, toss, and serve.
