Penne With Mushrooms In A Light Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  Penne pasta 1 Pound (Short Tubes)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped shallots/Onions 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped mushrooms 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Preferably Mixed Such As Common, Oyster, Chanterelle, Porcini, Etc.)
  Heavy cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Pinch
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Heat in large skillet.
Saute for 1 minute Add and cook until mushrooms begin to brown, approx. 5 minutes.
Add and cook until sauce begins to thicken, approx.5 minutes.
Add along with pasta to sauce and toss.
Add just before serving.
