Chilled Penne Tomato Salad

Ingredients
  Penne pasta 3⁄4 Pound (Short Tubes)
  Fresh tomatoes 1 Pound, diced
  Chopped basil/1 tablespoon dry basil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Yellow pepper 1 , thinly sliced
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crushed garlic 2
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Combine in large bowl, add pasta, toss, and allow to chill and marinate for at least 1-2 hours.
