Chilled Penne Tomato Salad

|Penne pasta||3⁄4 Pound (Short Tubes)|
|Fresh tomatoes||1 Pound, diced|
|Chopped basil/1 tablespoon dry basil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Yellow pepper||1 , thinly sliced|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Combine in large bowl, add pasta, toss, and allow to chill and marinate for at least 1-2 hours.
