Fettuccine With Artichokes And Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  Fettuccine 1 Pound
  Artichoke hearts 10 (Canned Or Fresh)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped saffron 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Powder Or Threads)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Parsley 2 (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Chop 6 hearts.
Set aside.
Saute and cook for 5 minutes.
Add artichoke hearts.Add to above and cook for 2 minutes.
Add and simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes.
Add to sauce.
Add pasta and stir just until mixed.
