Chunky Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
  Bulk italian sausage 1 Pound
  Green peppers 2 Medium, julienned
  Onion 1⁄2 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Canned italian stewed tomatoes 29 Ounce (Two Cans 14 1/2 Ounce Each)
  Tomato paste 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced fresh oregano/1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Minced fresh basil/1/2 teaspoon dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked pasta 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Brown sausage in a large saucepan; drain.
Add green peppers, onion and garlic; cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano and basil; simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes.
