Spicy Fettuccine With Sweet Peppers

Ingredients
  Fettuccine 3⁄4 Pound
  Tomatoes 4 Small, diced
  Green pepper 1⁄2
  Yellow pepper 1⁄2
  Red pepper 1⁄2
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄2 Medium, finely chopped
  Crushed garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Crushed red pepper To Taste
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Cook in boiling water until firm to the bite (al dente).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Set aside.
Use any combination if these 3 are not available.
Slice into 1/2" piece; Set vegetables aside.
Heat in skillet.
Add and saute until onion and garlic turn brown.
Increase heat and add tomatoes and sliced peppers.
Stir, reduce heat, cover, and simmer approx 15-20 minutes.
Add pasta to sauce and toss.
Add to pasta
