Creamy Spinach Fettucini
|Green pepper||1 Small, chopped|
|Pepper red||1 Small, chopped|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Plain non-fat yogurt||8 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Dried italian seasoning||2 Tablespoon|
|Lower salt ham||6 Ounce, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Uncooked spinach fettuccini||12 Ounce, cooked according to package directions omitting salt and drained|
|Lower salt bacon slice||6 , cooked crisp and crumbled|
Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray; place over medium heat.
Add vegetables; saute until tender-crisp.
Mix yogurt, white sauce and seasoning in small bowl.
Add to vegetables and heat through.
Add ham; continue cooking until hot.
Spoon over warm fettucini; top with bacon.
Garnish with parsley or fresh rosemary, if desired.
