Pasta With Fresh Tomato Sauce
|Macaroni||16 Ounce (Rotelle Or Shell, 1 Package)|
|Olive oil/Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), sliced|
|Tomatoes||6 Medium, chopped|
|Green onion||1 Medium, minced|
|Minced parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
1. In saucepot, prepare rotelle macaroni as label directs; drain. Return to saucepot.
2. Meanwhile, in 12-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot olive oil, cook garlic until golden; discard garlic. Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients; heat through. Pour sauce over macaroni in saucepot; gently toss to mix well. Spoon mixture onto warm large platter.
