Vermicelli

Ingredients
  Chinese rice vermicelli/Bean threads 8 Ounce
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut bundle of vermicelli in half.
Gently pull each half apart into small bunches.
Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium-high heat to 375°F.
Using tongs or slotted spoon, lower a small bunch of vermicelli into hot oil.
Cook until vermicelli rises to top, 3 to 5 seconds.
Immediately remove and drain on paper towels.
Repeat with remaining bunches.
