Cannelloni Au Gratin
|Shrimp stuffed cannelloni||12 , cooked|
|Water||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Seafood sauce||375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups, Commercial)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Grated cheese||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
– Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
– Spread cannelloni in a buttered baking dish. Lightly sprinkle with water. Place the butter-coated side of a sheet of aluminum foil over cannelloni and bake for 10 minutes.
– Heat sauce in a saucepan and add grated Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over cannelloni and sprinkle with grated cheese. Broil for 4 minutes until topping is golden brown.
