Smoked sausage stuffed pasta shells is a herbed and saucy macaroni recipe.   Smoked sausage 3⁄4 Pound, finely chopped
  Macaroni shells 18 Large
  Ricotta cheese 1 Pound
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried basil leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Spaghetti sauce with mushrooms and onions 15 Ounce (1 Jar, Prepared)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

Prepare shells according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Combine ricotta cheese and egg in medium bowl.
Add mozzarella, parsley, Parmesan cheese, basil and oregano.
Stir in sausage.
Combine spaghetti sauce and water in small bowl.
Put 3/4 cup of the sauce in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
Fill shells with sausage-cheese mixture and place in pan.
Pour remaining sauce over top.
Bake 35 minutes or until stuffed shells are heated through and cheese melts.
