Spaghetti With Cream Sauce
Spahetti with cream sauce is a zucchini and mushroom pasta. Flavored with a hint of garlic and creamed with half and half along with cheese, the spaghetti with cream sauce is quickly prepared and makes a wonderfully satisfying meal.
|Mushroom slices||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Halved zucchini slices||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Half and half||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Pasteurized process cheese spread||1⁄2 Pound, cubed|
|Cooked spaghetti||8 Ounce, drained|
Saute vegetables and garlic in margarine until zucchini is crisp-tender.
Reduce heat to low.
Add half and half and process cheese spread; stir until process cheese spread is melted.
Toss with hot spaghetti.
