Creamy Tortellini Primavera
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic clove||1 Medium, finely chopped|
|Vegetable soup mix||1 Ounce (1 Envelope Recipe)|
|Light cream/Half and half||1 Pint (2 Cups)|
|Tortellini||1 Pound, cooked, drained (Egg / Spinach)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In large skillet, heat oil and cook garlic over medium heat until golden.
Stir in vegetable recipe soup mix blended with cream, then hot tortellini.
Bring just to the boiling point, then simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Garnish, if desired, with additional parsley and cheese.
