Creamy tortellini primevera is a spinach tortellini recipe. Prepared with cream and vegetable soup, it is flavored with cheese and parsley. Spiced with a hint of garlic, the creamy spinach tortellini is skillet cooked to serve with an added cheese and parsley garnish.
Ingredients
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic clove 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Vegetable soup mix 1 Ounce (1 Envelope Recipe)
  Light cream/Half and half 1 Pint (2 Cups)
  Tortellini 1 Pound, cooked, drained (Egg / Spinach)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In large skillet, heat oil and cook garlic over medium heat until golden.
Stir in vegetable recipe soup mix blended with cream, then hot tortellini.
Bring just to the boiling point, then simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Garnish, if desired, with additional parsley and cheese.
