Sweet Garlic With Chicken Pasta
|Garlic||8 Ounce, minced|
|Olive oil||5 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Shiitake mushrooms||1 1⁄2 Pound, sliced|
|Plum tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|Chopped green onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Crushed red pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Chicken broth||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chicken breasts||1 1⁄2 Pound, grilled, skinned, boned and diced|
|Uncooked bowtie noodles||16 Ounce, cooked rinsed and drained (1 Package)|
|Cilantro||4 Ounce, chopped and divided|
Cook and stir garlic in hot oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until lightly browned.
Add mushrooms, tomatoes, green onions and crushed red pepper.
Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Add broth; simmer mixture to reduce slightly.
Add chicken, noodles and 1/2 of the cilantro; heat through.
Garnish with remaining cilantro.
