Homemade Pasta Sauce
|Olive oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Chopped onion||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Chopped green bell pepper||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Whole peeled tomatoes||1 (Undrained)|
|Chopped parsley||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Basil leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Oregano leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-low heat.
Add onion, green bell pepper and garlic; cook until tender.
Stir in tomatoes, parsley, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Crush tomatoes with spoon.
Cook, stirring often, uncovered, until thickened, about 20-30 minutes.
