  Olive oil 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Broccoli florets 1 Pound (455 Grams)
  Sweet red peppers 2 Large, julienned
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), crushed
  Italia piccante vinegar 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Cheese tortellini 1 Pound, cooked according to package directions and drained (455 Grams)

Heat the olive oil in a heavy skillet.
Saute the broccoli and peppers until they are slightly tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the garlic and cook 1 minute more.
Add the vinegar, raise heat and cook 1 minute more.
Stir in tortellini and heat thoroughly, about 1 minute.
