Broccoli And Red Pepper Tortellini

Heat the olive oil in a heavy skillet.
Saute the broccoli and peppers until they are slightly tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the garlic and cook 1 minute more.
Add the vinegar, raise heat and cook 1 minute more.
Stir in tortellini and heat thoroughly, about 1 minute.
