Tomato & Oregano Pasta Sauce

I have been making this Tomato & Oregano Pasta Sauce recipe for a year now. I especially love the blend of tomato and oregano in this Tomato & Oregano Pasta Sauce recipe. I will not be surprised if you say the same thing too.
  Olive oil 45 Milliliter (45 Milliliter)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Sweet italian sausage 1 Pound, casings removed (455 Gram)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Roma tomatoes 2 Pound, peeled and diced (910 Gram)
  Red wine 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can, 180 Milliliter)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Fresh oregano 45 Milliliter, minced (45 Milliliter)

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Add garlic and stir 1 minute.
Add sausage.
Break up sausage with a spoon and cook until lightly browned.
Add onions and tomatoes and cook for 4 minutes.
Mix in wine, tomato paste and sugar.
Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in fresh oregano and remove from heat.
