A quick pan seared scallops and pasta served with a heap of love!
1 Cup (16 tbs) (I usually use small tubers for this one - kinda like a pastitsio noodles only smaller check your local middle eastern market)
1 Cup (16 tbs)
boil .5 # of the pasta (half package) according to the package
wash and dry the scallops - make sure they are bone dry!
dust with cumin and the bacon salt if using
pan sear for a few minutes on each side
brown some butter - mix in the cooked pasta
to plate - start with the pasta - pine nuts - a smidge of cheese - top with your scallops!
