|Leeks||2 Cup (32 tbs), minced|
|Bacon||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Bechamel sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon, grated|
In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch leeks 1 minute or so.
In a frying pan, cook bacon.
Cook leeks with bacon 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients.
While stirring, cook until bechamel is hot and mixture is well blended.
