Seafood Fettuccine Verde
|Spinach fettuccine||1 Pound|
|Olive oil||6 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 , minced|
|Carrots||4 Small, minced|
|Celery stalk||1 , diced|
|Seafood||1 Pound, cut into bite size pieces|
|Dry white wine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Cook pasta following package instructions.
In a skillet, heat oil.
Cook onion until tender but not browned.
Add carrots and celery.
Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
Cook 4-5 minutes.
Add seafood and wine.
Over low heat, simmer until seafood is cooked.
Pour over drained pasta.
