Seafood Fettuccine Verde

Ingredients
  Spinach fettuccine 1 Pound
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , minced
  Carrots 4 Small, minced
  Celery stalk 1 , diced
  Oregano 1 Pinch
  Seafood 1 Pound, cut into bite size pieces
  Dry white wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook pasta following package instructions.
In a skillet, heat oil.
Cook onion until tender but not browned.
Add carrots and celery.
Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
Cook 4-5 minutes.
Add seafood and wine.
Over low heat, simmer until seafood is cooked.
Pour over drained pasta.
