Meat Stuffed Manicotti

|Thin white sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh spinach leaves||8 Ounce, washed, dried and finely chopped|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Oregano leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Tomato paste||2 Tablespoon|
1. Prepare manicotti and white sauce. Set aside and keep hot.
2. Combine olive oil, chopped spinach, onion, salt, oregano and ground beef in a 2-quart glass casserole. Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven 3 minutes at High, or until meat is no longer pink; stir once.
3. Remove from oven; set aside to cool slightly. Add bread crumbs, egg and tomato paste; mix well. Stuff manicotti with mixture and put side-by-side in a 1 1/2 -quart glass baking dish.
4. Pour white sauce over stuffed manicotti. Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven 3 minutes at High, or until thoroughly heated.
