Healthy Pesto-Pasta; the Fiveadayz way! If there's anyone out there who doubts our PC credentials, Shivy's video-recipe will assuage your fears! I was told this recipe by my main-man Zimbabwe Dave; cheers mate! Well, actually, when I think about it I should say thank you to Roberto Mugabe who's corrupt, murderous regime is ultimately responsible. Portions per serving: 3 see www.fiveadayz.com
Ingredients
  Courgette 2 Large
  Cherry tomatoes 250 Gram
  Feta cheese To Taste
  Olive oil To Taste
  Pesto 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pasta 200 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Chop all vegetables into bite-sized chunks.
2. Place on a baking tray, drizzle with Olive Oil, add seasoning.
3. Place into an oven at 200 degrees centigrade.
4. Chop some feta cheese into small chunks, place to one side.
5. Cook the pasta as-per packet instructions, stir in the pesto when cooked.
6. After 20-30 minutes remove the vegetables from the oven.
7. Plate up with the feta sprinkled around.
