Tortellini Soup

Ingredients
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 7 1⁄2 Ounce, cut up (1 Can)
  Instant beef bouillon granules 1 Tablespoon
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Frozen broccoli 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (loose pack)
  Frozen cauliflower 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (loose pack)
  Frozen carrots 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (loose pack)
  Frozen cheese tortellini 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Snipped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a medium saucepan combine the water, undrained tomatoes, bouillon granules, basil, and oregano.
Bring to boiling.
Stir in frozen vegetables and tortellini.
Return to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered, for 7 minutes or till tortellini are tender.
Stir in parsley.
