|Canned tomatoes||7 1⁄2 Ounce, cut up (1 Can)|
|Instant beef bouillon granules||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried basil||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Dried oregano||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Frozen broccoli||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (loose pack)|
|Frozen cauliflower||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (loose pack)|
|Frozen carrots||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (loose pack)|
|Frozen cheese tortellini||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Snipped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
In a medium saucepan combine the water, undrained tomatoes, bouillon granules, basil, and oregano.
Bring to boiling.
Stir in frozen vegetables and tortellini.
Return to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered, for 7 minutes or till tortellini are tender.
Stir in parsley.
