Tiny ring macaroni/Tiny shell macaroni/other tiny pasta
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
4 Cup (64 tbs), torn
Sliced green onions
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
2 Clove (10 gm), minced
Ground red pepper
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.
Meanwhile, in a large serving bowl combine spinach and green onions.
For dressing, in a small skillet cook garlic in hot oil for 1 minute.
Add lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, and ground red pepper.
Heat just to boiling.
Pour hot dressing over greens.
Add hot pasta; toss to mix well.
