Wilted Greens With Pasta
|Tiny ring macaroni/Tiny shell macaroni/other tiny pasta||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Spinach/Romaine||4 Cup (64 tbs), torn|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Cooking oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground red pepper||1 Dash|
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.
Meanwhile, in a large serving bowl combine spinach and green onions.
For dressing, in a small skillet cook garlic in hot oil for 1 minute.
Add lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, and ground red pepper.
Heat just to boiling.
Pour hot dressing over greens.
Add hot pasta; toss to mix well.
