Baked Pasta With Sauteed Vegetables
|Melted butter||3 Tablespoon|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese/Freshly grated romano cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mirepoix of vegetables||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese/Romano cheese||6 Tablespoon|
|Butter/Olive oil||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Boil the pasta in salted water, drain, and toss with the melted butter, parmesan or romano cheese, and the mirepoix.
Place in a buttered baking dish, and sprinkle more cheese on top.
Some people like to drizzle more butter or oil on top.
Bake in a 375° oven until browned on top, about 20 minutes.
