Creamy Stuffed Pasta Shells

Ingredients
  Bulk pork sausage 3 Ounce
  Finely chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Finely diced cooked chicken/Finely diced cooked turkey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned chopped mushrooms 3 Ounce (Half Can)
  Coarsely crushed saltine cracker crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 1 Tablespoon
  Celery salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Conchiglioni 8 , cooked, drained, rinsed (Jumbo Macaroni Shells)
  Mornay sauce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

1. Crumble sausage into a 1 quart casserole. Add green onion. Microwave at 100% (high) 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until sausage is browned; stir after 1 minute. Pour off fat. Stir in chicken or turkey, mushrooms, crumbs, parsley, wine and celery salt; blend well.
2. Stuff 2 heaping tablespoons filling into each pasta shell. Place 4 stuffed shells, filling-side up, in each of 2 dishes. Pour Mornay Sauce over shells, coating pasta completely.
3. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave at 100% (high) 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through; give dishes a half turn after 2 minutes. Spoon sauce over pasta before serving. Sprinkle with cheese, parsley and paprika, if desired
