  Broccoli and white cheddar pasta 5 Ounce (Uncle Ben's Country Inn Recipes Brand)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crab meat 6 Ounce, shredded or coarsely chopped (Fresh Cooked, Thawed Frozen Or Imitation)
  Frozen pea pods 6 Ounce, thawed, well drained and cut in half diagonally (1 Package)
  Plum tomatoes/1 large tomato 2 , seeded and chopped
  Thinly sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Cook pasta according to package directions using water and milk.
Stir in all remaining ingredients except lemon wedges.
Heat through, stirring occasionally, about 2 to 3 minutes.
