Fettuccine With Salami And Zucchini

Ingredients
  Capers 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Peppercorns 1 Teaspoon, freshly ground
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fettuccine 1⁄2 Pound, cooked
  Italian wine cured salami 1⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced, cut match stick style
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Zucchini 2 Small
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly grated romano cheese/Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Slice the zucchini.
Put several slices together, and slice again into matchsticks.
Slice the garlic very thin.
Saute the garlic in the oil until barely browned.
Add the zucchini, and saute for 3 minutes.
Add the salami, capers, pepper, and cream.
Simmer until all is very hot.
You will need little or no salt in this dish.
