Fettuccine With Salami And Zucchini
|Capers||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Peppercorns||1 Teaspoon, freshly ground|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fettuccine||1⁄2 Pound, cooked|
|Italian wine cured salami||1⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced, cut match stick style|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly grated romano cheese/Parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Slice the zucchini.
Put several slices together, and slice again into matchsticks.
Slice the garlic very thin.
Saute the garlic in the oil until barely browned.
Add the zucchini, and saute for 3 minutes.
Add the salami, capers, pepper, and cream.
Simmer until all is very hot.
You will need little or no salt in this dish.
