Pepper Chicken Fettucini Toss
|Fettuccini||1 Pound, uncooked (1 Package CreametteÂ®)|
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts||3 , cut into strips|
|Red bell peppers||2 Large, cut into strips|
|Yellow bell peppers||2 Large, cut into strips|
|Green bell pepper||1 Medium, cut into strips|
|Onion||1 Medium, cut in to chunks|
|Sliced mushrooms||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Salt free herb seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Prepare Creamette® Fettucini according to package directions; drain.
In large skillet, heat oil; add chicken, peppers, onion, mushrooms and seasoning.
Cook and stir over medium heat until chicken is cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes.
Add hot cooked fettucini and Parmesan cheese; toss to coat.
