Ravioli Stuffed Peppers
|Ravioli||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Italian salad seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Parmesan cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1. Remove seeds from the peppers. Wash well.
2. Parboil peppers for 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Peppers can also be stuffed raw but require longer oven time.
3. Fill the peppers with ravioli, season with Italian seasoning and basil or tarragon.
4. Sprinkle cheese on top of each pepper and place in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes till peppers are tender
